No prior running experience is required to join our Kids Running Program. We welcome children of all fitness levels and abilities, whether they're brand new to running or already have some experience.
Safety is our top priority. Our experienced coaches supervise all activities and provide guidance on proper warm-up, form, and hydration. We also maintain a low coach-to-participant ratio to ensure that each child receives individual attention and support.
