Sophia earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Texas at Austin, where she developed a deep understanding of child development and pedagogy. She is also certified as a Youth Fitness Specialist, allowing her to create engaging and age-appropriate workouts that cater to the unique needs of children.
